Right Breathing

The Importance of Breathing

The way you breathe determines the quality of life you live. Breathing is the most fundamental body function and every other function depends on breathing. Breathing directly influences the lungs, the heart, the blood vessels, the lymphatic system, cellular metabolism and optimal function of the immune system. Through the blood circulation breathing is affecting every single cell of the body. The brain is consuming 20% of blood supply so its 20% of energy…   and circulation of the blood regulates all the brain functions and development as well.

150I believe that health is a manifestation of balance, both within the body itself and between the body and the external environment. When the body is internally balanced and in harmony with the external environment, energy flows smoothly throughout to nourish all organs and tissues. By adjusting and stimulating the flow of energy through acupressure, we stimulate the body’s natural healing ability to maintain health and protect against disease.

Breathing is the most important for activating and collecting Qi or prana- the life energy. All the ancient teachings of Tai-chi, Qigong, Yoga, martial arts are focusing on breathing techniques to make the body stronger, healthier, more efficient ,optimized, more resistant to any kind of stress: emotional, physical, environmental and etc. One of respected yoga authorities said that “only one healthy breathing generation of people can rebirth all humanity and make diseases so rare events that people will see them as something absolutely unordinary”. Healthy breathing rejuvenates, nourishes and protects cells at the same time unhealthy breathing destroys body’s resources, damages cells, and brings up all kind of misbalances and diseases and death

Human beings are the only creatures on Earth that are able to control their breathing voluntarily. Ironically, most people don’t care how they breathe, what muscle are breathing muscles, what breathing do for them how it is to breathe in a healthy way. Breathing is so natural that people don’t really give a thought about it till it is too late and breathing itself becomes a problem, when people have all kinds of disorders of cardio-respiratory system. So it is up to every individual to chose to breathe healthy and mindfully and be healthy, energetic, strong and young or vice versa.

b1aBreath Therapy Aid

I’ve been recommending The Frolov’s Respiration Training Device which is described by the vendor as a powerful modern device for breathing exercise which strengthens your respiratory system just like you strengthen your muscles working out in the gym.

The Device can also be used for essential oils and herbal inhalation.
During the exercise the composition of the gas that the patient inhales changes to more carbon and contains less oxygen. It makes breathing similar to that at a higher altitude.
When exhaling and inhaling against resistance, you strengthen your respiratory system just like you strengthen your muscles working out in the gym.
Slower and less frequent breathing saves your body’s resources and slows down the ageing process.

The technique is very easy and can be practiced at home.
It takes LITTLE TIME and EFFORT, but the RESULTS are AMAZING.

  • The technique is quick and easy to learn.
  • First results are seen within 25-35 days .
  • Daily exercises take just 5-30 minutes of your time.
  • The technique has a state certificate of conformity, is approved by medical experts and does not have any contraindications.
  • It is a drug-free treatment.

Endogenous breathing

Endogenous breathing, which develops as a result of respiratory training, is the process of producing cellular energy through an anaerobic mechanism added to normal aerobic breathing.

Breathing training is not only for respiratory conditions and diseases – it assists in/for:

  1. post-operative rehabilitation
  2. heart and circulatory problems
  3. immune and endocrinal conditions
  4. athletes to increase endurance, stamina and physical performance
  5. whole body rejuvenation and longevity
  6. smoking cessation and appetite control
  7. psychological and neuropsychological disorders
  8. digestive system: constipation (improves peristalsis); flatulence; increased or decreased appetite; salivation or dryness of the mouth, diseases of stomach and duodenum, abdominal discomfort and cramps

Our film is about the great significance of proper respiration, which leads to perfect health, high body energy, and helps to become free of diseases and medication, and to slow down the ageing processes.

The most important function of the body, breathing is responsible for the maintenance of optimum energizing  processes in the cells and for intracellular (endogenous) respiration.
